Guitar Praise? Here we go again, another company trying to cash in on a fad by poorly copying it and slapping a christian theme on top. At least it can’t be worse than Bible Adventures. Like one of the commenters on the boingboing said:
Hank Hill put it best…”You’re not making Christianity better, you’re just making Rock and Roll worse.”

Two groups of people who grind my gears: beer snobs and chocolate snobs. You may prefer your fancy organic, micro-brewery beer. That’s fine, but beast ice? That’s still beer. And beer is good. You might like a higher concentration of cocoa. Wonderful. But your Hershey and Nestle bars? Them’s good eatin. However, I do want to make it clear that chocolate-flavored beer is neither chocolate nor beer. And that, Tom, is what grinds my gears.
citizens of Centerville, lend me your ears! Two whole aisles filled with 48 varieties of ice cold beer!
Let’s start a discussion on what ideas we’d like to do for the next LAN.
Well I can’t argue with his logic. I wonder if he pitched this idea to the makers of VeggieTales?
probably good they decided to go with larry’s silly songs instead
Finally got back from a wonderful trip to Chicago on Sunday. I’m still working on getting the pictures organized, but here’s perhaps the most important one:

Wedding is tentatively planned for May 16th. I’ll have a blog up soon with frequent updates.
Francie and I are taking off for a wedding followed by a vacation followed by a wedding tomorrow. It’s going to be quite the trip. Here’s the family circus style route we have planned. Francie’s cousin’s wedding is in Kalamazoo, then we’re going to explore Chicago and visit her two friends that live there. Maybe we can find these guys. ^_^ Then it’s back to Toledo for Laura’s wedding and home again.
Jim graduated two weeks ago and I’ve been meaning to mention that I have pictures up on my flickr account. Pictures like this one:
